(Christian Klein, ZBA Chair) Mr. Klein informs attendees that the executive order which allowed the board to conduct virtual meetings expired earlier in the day. The legislature has not approved conditions that would extend our abilility to have remote meetings. As a result, holding a virtual meeting tonight would be a violation of the Open Meeting Law.

The board votes to continue tonight's hearings until June 22 at 7:30pm. We expect virtual meetings will be allowed at that point, but will post a physical location if that's not the case.

Meeting adjourned.
